Team Rocket Main Base (HQ)

((Alright. I Have a picture in my mind what the Sky Fortress(base) looks like but I just can't seem to find the picture that matches, So does any one have any ideas they want just pm me the pic and I'll post the one I like best!
and this is the theme for the base. I Guess you could say it's a castle town. Because there are a lot of markets and other places run by Rockets. So yes you could defiantly live up there. ))

A what looked like a tear in the air right in front of the entrance to Castle appeared then it opened and what was inside was a different dimension: "The Distortion World" Giratina flew out of it with me on him, Shortly after we got through the tear closed up then dissapeared like it never happened. Then Giratina was cloaked in a red light and was sucked back into his ultra ball.
"Thank you Gira, It means a lot to me." I spoke with a smile and looked at his ball and got out the hanker-chief from my suit pocket and started to shine his ball then put it back onto my belt.
    Looking up to the castle made me remember something.
"Wow Now I remember It was so nice of John To Give me this job and even a free room here. It helped me get onto my feet and as wealthy as I am to today. Even the fortune magazines list me as rivaling what's her name." I looked down and tried to remember that name.
"Ah. I can't remember but I know she's the CEO of Silph right now. I have a lot to owe him still to this day." I looked back up at the castle.
"Well I'm going to stay here for a bit and help from Central Command." I started walking toward the doors where Two Guards in Standard Rocket attire awaited me. Both of them Stopped and stood at attention.
"Good day Commander Silver!"
I smiled and nodded.
"Yes it is thank you as always for the warm welcome."
   Right behind the Guards was A key Card Slot and Key pad. To get into the castle you had to have your rocket Id card and your PIN number that was registered to that and only that card. The Pin number was added security and it was directly linked with your Card, So You had to have both the right id card and the right pin that matched to that ID card. (In other words it makes a set You can have an id card but not know your pin then the system wouldn't let you in, or you could know a pin number but if you didn't have that card that went to it the system wouldn't let you in.  oh and this only applies to people that are stationed at the main base. So if you were a rocket lets say in golden rod; You wouldn't have access to the main base you'd have to be escorted by some one that works at the hq, and many other rooms are protected by key card but require a different pin number) It was safe to say this was the most secure building of all kanto and Johto and maybe even the world!
     I took out my card slid it down the slot and entered my pin. the light above card slot turned green, and an unlocking sound was heard. I opened the door and walked in.
"It's good to be back home, Well lets get to my room." I spoke with a grin excited about being back at the castle.
After a walk into the castle I found my room. I was about as heavily guarded as John-Kun's was. This time there were two red lights right where my door was instead of just one. I pulled out my Id card and slid it down the slot then entered my number. The top light turned green but the bottom one was still red. Then I took out another id card slid it down the slot and entered a different pin number. then both lights turned green and an unlocking sound was heard. I opened the door and walked in; It shut automatically and double re-locked after it shut.
    There lay out of the room was awesome. It had all my favorite things to do in it even more. There was Pokemon League posters showing All four of us and Yarashi behind us

    There were Posters of my my favorite Pokemon. A framed letter from the Pokemon league asking me to become the leader of the elite four, and various other posters of my accomplishments. There were a lot of pictures on the walls of me and my oniisan, me and John, My family (Me, Yarashi, and our parents), The members of team rockets hq with me and John in the front and the others behind us lower rank the farther back,  Me and the other three members of the elite four: Reiji, Mariel, Fushidara, and me. A poster Of The Legendary trainer red and his pikachu.

    Then from there were different rooms that went into different places, but it was still considered part of my room. From the entrance room (the hang out room where all the stuff ^ is) in the back there are two doorways: To the left leads to my Bedroom, near my bed one the wall I framed my 8 badges from kanto and right next to them was the badges from Johto, a bathroom, and even a walk in closet, and to the right Is a Dojo for when I want to practice with my katana.

    "I'm going to get changed into my uniform then I'll probably go do something else." I walked back to then end of the hang out room and turned to the left to get to my bedroom and from there walked to the closet and saw my uniform and smiled.
"Ahh still good as new." I started to undress and then change into my uniform suit. (It pretty much looks like Archer's suit)
I put my other Suit onto a hanger and hung it up and looked into the mirror and smiled.
    "Ohhh looks good." I chuckled and walked out of the closet and bedroom into the main room and then looked around.
"Now what to do in here?"

But before I could finish my thought my pokegear rang.
"Hmm...? oh It's Kay-san."
I pressed the connect button and his voice came through.
"Ahh Kay-sama Hello. What?! You Have the Champion? Alright I'll be up in the sky to escort you down. Sayōnara."
[sfx: Click! Click!]
"Now a quick call to security, and we'll all be fine."
I made my way out of my closet and into my bed room and picked up the phone and dialed the number to security.
"Hello Security this Is Executive Silver. Elite Kay from Goldenrod City is Coming to the base and I'm going to escort him down. Just so you know, Thanks.
[sfx: hang up]
I set the phone back in the cradle and walked out of my bed room into the hangout room then out of my room. The lights turned double red as soon as the door shut re-locking it and after picking up a charizard from the Storage room then a short walk from there I made it out side the main door doing the same after it shut.
The Guards stood at attention as I left and I called him out.
"Charizard Go!"
A Charizard whose color was black as night came out of the pokeball.
"Roar!" the charizard howled as it looked up at the sky and then back at me with a nod.
I jumped onto the charizard and headed for skies.
[exit to Kanto Skies]

A few moments later the base came into sight.
"Here we are!" I got charizard to land me down and I returned him to his master ball then waited for the others to land as well."
"Alright The Sky Base works different than the bases on the ground okay? So just shut up and follow me, okay?"
I walked over to Yarashi-nii and Satoshi-san then took my sword and cut the ties Kay put around them.
"No tethers either. Prisoners, as in Curious flyers and thieves that try to break in, are usually Forced to join rocket or just imprisoned in our jail. So We can't have you looking like you were captured now, Hmm?"

Yarashi landed close by and returned his Zaapdos, not saying a word, yet keeping his sights on Kay with an almost sympathetic look on his face.

Kay followed close by with a smug look on his face after returning his Charizard.

He looked scared again as this is where he had started his life as a member of Team Rocket and this is also the place where he finishes with them once and for all.
"Kay-sama. Kill that guy so we can leave TEam Rocket behind once and for all!"

I stopped for a second and turned around facing you three then Soul popped out of his ball.
"Geng...ar"
I smiled and pet him.
"Hey soul How are you?"
I looked back at the three.
"So This is the main base pretty cool, Huh?"
I smiled at my brother when I looked at him.
"It really is quite the Palace for us Higher ups; Even the Grunts live really well. John-sama Saw the Realgam tower In Orre it he thought it was amazing a sky fortress? Don't you think, hahahahaha." I ended with a light laughter."
You could hear a slight sigh.
"But the security is outrageous, but I don't mind that much anymore I've gotten used to it. Anywho I guess we should get going then."

Yarashi nodded, not showing much emotion towards silver, then he directed his attention back to Kay ".... Lets get going...."


Kay had felt the same way. "Indeed." This was all he had to say to get his point across.


The two men stared at each other the whole time as they walked, as if to zone out everything around them. Each seemed to know what the other was thinking.

"Anywho. Let's Get some lunch or something. The Castle town Has some nice places, and I want some Ramen noodles."
I turned back around from looking at the three and started walking.
After a few moments of walking there was a shop and a Sign above that read "Rocket Noodles. best noodles in all of castle town!"
"ahh here we are guys c'mon lets go!"

Kay jolted away running for the higher levels of the HQ. "After I deal with that son of Subiro!"

Yarashi ran off following Kay. "After I take out all the bad in Team Rocket, starting with Kay! Don't you dare follow us!"

"Hmm... What to get." I looked at the menu and then turned around.
"Hey O- Wait! Where are you guys going! You'll never be able to get in there if that's what your trying to do!"
I let out a big sigh after they ran off then went back to looking at the menu.
"Well I'm hungry anyway and I know they won't be able to get in so I'm just going to get some lunch."
There was a little bar up at the front of the restaurant for people that wanted to, Well just sit up front. Then there were some booths and tables on either sides of the place.
I walked over to the bar and sat down looking into the kitchen that was just behind the counter.
The Chef walked by with a note pad and got his pencil ready.
"Oh, Commander Silver. It's so Nice of you to grace us with your presence in our little shop. How bout some noodles? I'll even make it on the house for you to show you our gratitude."
I looked up at him and Smiled
"Thanks, Bro. Honestly I just wanted some noodles and I saw a place that said noodles up top so I came, But anywho I'll Take an order ramen with extra chicken in it please?"
The Owner Smiled and wrote my order down then went into the kitchen to start making my meal.
"Right Away, Sir!"
After he left I Pushed the left sleeve of my Uniform and got a cloth and cleaner and started polishing my automail.

Kay looked back as Yarashi had caught up to him. The two ran side by side now. "Yarashi, was it?" Kay asked calmly. "You want your mother's flute, and we both want to end this Team Rocket for our own reasons. Untill our battle, we should work together for our goals to be met, don't you think?" The two of them had almost reached the gates to the storage rooms by now. Yarashi seemed deep in thought. His enemy had part of his same goal, but could it be right to trust him? "If we do this ... we do this my way."

They had just reached the storage gate where 2 guards where standing, as if waiting for them. Yarashi glared at the two guards. A battle would draw attention, but it dousent look like there's any other way to destract Those to, or get past them at all. What should Kay and I do? Kay have the guards his usual blank stare, thinking almost exactly the same thing.

A few moments later The Chef Walked from the back of the kitchen to the counter where I sat, and set the hot bowl down.
"Here you go Sir Extra chicken Just like you asked." He smiled as I got some chop sticks from under the counter and handed them to me.
"Ahhh. Thanks." I Smiled lightly and put my cloth away and put my sleeve back.
"It looks good!" I dove in and started eating my noodles.
The Cook looked at me as I ate my noodle and chuckled a bit to see me eat so quickly.
"Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha. It's nice to see some one enjoy my noodles so much."
Then I made eye contact with him after I swallowed.
"Huh? Doesn't everybody enjoy your noodles? Because I've got to tell you these are some of the best I've had In all of Kanto And Johto."
He just smiled and laughed lightly
"Well thank you Commander. Yes Everyone loves my noodles all the rockets up here do; It's just I've never seen anybody like them as much as you, Sir."
I picked up some more noodles and slurped then down with a loud gulp. Then started drinking the Broth to finish it.
"Heh, Thanks Chef-san. That was A good meal, I'll have to come back once I'm up here again."
Getting up from my seat I waved back as got out side and threw a pokeball.
"Go Charizard!"
The Charizard Black as the night came out and with a Swift Jump I landed on his back.
"Alright Charizard Take me to the entrance where onii-san is"
"Roar!" the pokemon howled as it took to the skies and flew towards the enterance and within moments I could see those two.
"Alright landing time!"
It nodded and dove down and then I jumped down as we got close to the ground behind them.
"You know You'll never get inside there. You might not see it but there is a key pad and a Card Key Slot behind them, so even if you do distract them You'd have to have a Main base ID card and your Main base PIN. So you Should probably just stop thinking about breaking in, okay?"

Yarashi turned to Silver and was about to step forward, when Kay blocked his path.




Kay looked Silver right in the eyes with a kind of determination that he seemed to unbox while understanding Yarashi's needs. "T'll battle you. Silver." Kay said with the first bit of emotion in his voice in a long time. "If you win, I'll turn myself in and you can fire me is you want. If I win, do with me whaat you wish, just let Yarashi pass the gate."

Yarashi stared at Kay in amazement, then nodded ant turned to face the guards. "That leaves those two for me ..."

Still on top of the Black charizard, Kay spoke his challenge.
With a small sigh and a face palm I returned Charizard and landed on the ground perfectly then stood and stared my brother, in the face.
"I just don't get why you want in there so bad, Oniisan. There is nothing in there that your searching for. Weather it's a flute or what ever it is; It's Just not in there."
Looking over at the guards I took a small breath.
"Hey You two Move aside so you don't get hurt I think I might have to kick some ass in a little bit, and I don't want my Guards getting hurt on the job."
With a quick Glance back at my sibling I shrugged.
"Sorry Yarashi-nii. Leave them out of it, and I'll accept but I'm going in with him. Like I've said before You won't get anywhere with out a member present. He wouldn't even be able to get through that front door, So I'd have to go with him, Okay?"
I turned my attention to the door and started to think.
Hmmm... The only arena is inside and even though there isn't in thing in there. The boss said Non Rockets shouldn't be allowed in. Hmmm... Well there is this new type of battle Called a sky battle, Maybe we could try that; Most of my team isn't affected any way They can just levitate in the air. Well anywho A battle would be nice I'm sure."
I shifted my attention towards Kay-san.
"Alright Elite Kay. I forgot to mention that the only stadium up here is inside, but Boss Rocket doesn't Like non Rockets up here let alone knowing about the Place. So I'm not gonna let you in to the stadium, and there isn't any place to battle in the castle town, So I have to take my word of acceptance back, sorry about that. So now do you under stand why I'm not letting you in? It's my orders from the Boss Rocket. I hope you can under stand this. Maybe you can battle me At the pokemon League some time. It get's boring waiting for some one to make it to me, and I'm Sure Onii-san feels the same way.

(OOC: Not trying to back out of a challenge lol I just remembered something boss rocket said a while back. Yes User John Takido.)

Kay grinned. "Technically I'm still a Rocket."



Yarashi sighed as he heard a familiar voice in his head. "Muktub ..."
"Silver, do you remember what our father use to say? the Muktub?", Yarashi asked in a serious voice.

Kay flinched. So he was told the same thing? ...

Yarashi continued. "My hope is that my written future could be fulfilled. I know that Rocket has our flute somewhere. That's all I want."

"Yeah I know you are Kay-san, but Your not HQ Stationed. Sorry it's so Complicated, but I might be able to get you in. I could get you a guest pass but it will take a day or two to make, okay?"
My attention diverted to Yarashi-nii.
"Oh that word. I never got what it meant I always thought he was trying to say Mudkip to be honest. Did It actually mean something different?"
With a Shrug I back at the open sky then back toward my older brother.
"Believe me Nii-san If it was in there I'd have already have given it to you, but it isn't and I would have know about it too. but on to a different subject okay?"
I nodded and looked up at the front enterance.
"So what do you guys think of the place? it's pretty epic ain't it?"
With a smile I approved of my sentence.
"Yeah it's pretty great alright It's like a sky fortress. Heh Heh"
Chuckling at my own joke even though that's essentially what this place was. A City in the Sky. Most if not all the rockets That are stationed here live up here in the sky except for a few that travel but that's mainly reserved for the Upper level staff.

Yarashi sighed. "I know the flute is being held here somewhere. If its not in storage, it would have to be in the old interagation room, where my real mother had died." He tensed up as he remembered his father telling him what had happened. I need to get her flute back, I need to call on the other pokemon I know the tunes for ... That could show Silver how important that flute is ...
 
 
Kay grew silent at Yarashi's words. What has Team Rocket really done in that? Is it a coincidence that my mother was killed by a cruel man, just as his was killed by the cruel Rockets? He looked at silver with the same fire in his eyes as he had a moment ago. "I can wait as much as I need to, Silver."

A look of confusion ran across my face as my older brother spoke of an interrogation room.
"Umm..? Oniisan You do know this place is new the sky fortress was made for The new boss rocket John-sama. This building isn't barely 5 years old. I'm sure your talking about the old base back in Celadon City. Back when Team Rocket was owned by John's Oto-sama." A soft pause followed my sentence and another followed for my next while I looked back at the gate then At Yarashi-nii.
"And I can make a guest pass for Kay but I still wouldn't be able to let you in nii-san unless you Joined Team Rocket, So if it really is that big a deal for you Go ahead I'll sign you up."
"Oh And Kay-san I'll get your guest pass made so you can have access to Only the battle stadium, Okay? I'll just Need your Rocket Id Badge, and I'll get it to the HR department alright?"

Kay shook his head. "I might retire from Rocket." He looked over to Yarashi, who was in deep thought about fining the flute. "I don't want to take Pokémon away if it means causing harm like we have."


Yarashi Nodded and ran off to the exit, reaching for his Dragon-Marked Poke'ball. "Here we go! storming Celadon City!" His spirits rose and a warm feeling of hope seemed to engulf him.

"Kay-san have you forgotten the New Rocket? Remember? I mean you're practically the head of it in goldenrod city. We're aiming to help trainers sort of like a national Guard Per say. Surely you'd know your own department." I began to chuckle a bit seeing how he'd forgotten what the new rocket stood for.
"Yeah me or Boss Rocket didn't like the old rockets ways that's why we're trying so hard to change it."
My expression turned serious.
"So You'll stay right?"

"Oh and Have fun and good luck Onii-san, Don't forget to stop by the rocket game corner and Tell Sho I said hi!

"If I stay. I don't have motives to do so anymore." Kay said as he handed Silver all of Satoshi's Pokemon. "I do need to give a certain someone a little gift for geting my spirit's going again." Kay looked at Yarashi running off. "Someone whom I know staying in Rocket might help me meet again."
 
 
 
Yarashi called out his Salamance and exited the sky base, frustraited at Silver, but with a new goal in mind.
(exit to Celadon City.)

My hands grasped the two pokeballs of Satoshi-san's as Kay-sama Gave them to me.
"Ah I'll be sure to give them to him." I nodded and put them in my pants pockets then looked back at the gate.
"So Are you coming in or not? I can get you one made quickly since your an elite as long as you don't leave my side, alright?"
I got the black charizards pokeball from my belt and returned him and started walked towards the gate; Leaving Kay behind if he Chose not to follow.
"Your Call Kay-sama but I'm going in back to my room now." I waved slightly still walking towards the gate.

Kay nodded and smiled. One day, Yarashi ... Kay kept up with Silver, now a changed man. "I need to get stronger so I can fight Yarashi on equal grounds!"

I made my way to the gate then pulled out my gate card to open the door, and then typed in my pin number, also to open the door. The red light to the Doorway of the tower turned green allowing me to open the door and walk in.
"C'mon Kay-san the door is going to close."
After a little while of walking I reached into one of my suit pockets and pulled out a lanyard and id card.
"Here Yarashi-nii told me that you were coming so I had one pre made for you; It has your name picture and your permissions to where you're allowed to go to. Let me stop by my room okay." Handing him his badge we made it to the Rooms of the executives with a guard standing there making sure anybody without clearance wouldn't pass.
"Id badges please." He had his hand out to take our badges but something caught his eye.
"Hey, you're not from the base, So I'll need your guest pass."
