Name~ Character name
Rank~ Rank, just suggestive. If the Rank does not fit, it can be changed before acceptance.
Age~ Simple and easy.
Favorite Pokemon~ A Simple Question.
Back Story~ A paragraph or more describing where your character comes from and how they got into Team rocket. Perhaps how they got the Rank?
Important Items of note~ Like say, a Katana! Or something. Family heirlooms ETC.
Pokemon Team~ Based completely on your preferences. Peons usually care levels 10-20, Grunts carry 20-40, Agents carry 30-50, Officers carry 30-65, Elites carry 30-75. Quality is determined loosely by rank. Like a Peon would carry a Pidgey or rattatta, and Elite would carry several pokemon loosely based on an evolution type or whatever.. a theme! This should be presented the same way a Trainer or Gym leader's pokemon on an application should.
Personality~ Important. Can loosely describe scenes to explain Personality as well. More content here, the better plausible starting rank.
