Back Story~ Alucard is a chaotic evil and his original plans were very far removed from being a mere servant of team rocket. Originally a poor working boy who spent his time working with a pet magikarp in tavern he was “gifted” by one of the original vampiric gods with the blessing of immortality at the cost of his soul. This transformation changed more then just his body. At first he managed to keep his powers a secret and rise to the status of Count with subtle influence of his power. However such a lowly station would not satisfy him. As his apatite for power grew, so did his apatite for mortal blood, and his discretion worsened. As the villagers noticed the horrible things Count Alucard had done and his identity as a monster was slowly exposed, they called to the only one who could save them. The legendary Vampire Slayer, Van Hellsing. Stabbed through the heart and kept drained of blood he was locked away for 1000 years. The next person to awaken him was Giovanni, of team rocket. It is unknown how, but it is said somehow that Giovanni was able to defeat the vampire king, and bring him into the service of Team Rocket, as one of it’s most valuable weapons. Alucard has sworn an oath to serve team rocket faithfully until such a time as it doesn’t exist. Something Giovanni did has earned the vampire kings respect. Alucard’s fighting abilities are unparalleled. He can regenerate and is virtually indestructible, he cannot be killed by methods that work on other vampires as he will just keep regenerating, it is only a matter of time. He can turn into bats and summon demons from hell. He is weaker during the day, but unlike many vampires he is able to operate in the day so long as his outfit (mainly his hat) shields him from sunlight, otherwise people will smell him burning. Giovanni put some lock on his more atrocious powers (such as the ability to summon demons) and this lock can only be released by the leader of team rocket

Personality~ Alucard has no respect for life. If something is in his way, he will destroy it to advance to his goal. He is completely ruthless, cold, and calculating, but also engaging if he is your ally long enough to forget how terrifying he can be when unleashed. He loves to spread terror and malevolence. He is a sadist and a sociopath through and through. He will listen to no one expect the leader of team rocket, and even then he is hard to control. The pact he made with Giovanni is the only thing that stops his chaotic evil tendencies from drowning the world in hellfire. Though he cares not about the plans of team rocket or their goal he is meticulous at seeing that they are completed. Alucard regularly feasts on pokemon and humans to sate his blood lust. He finds company tiresome unless they are people he respects. He respects few people, and is loyal to even less. Aside from his oath to Giovanni (and by extension the current leader) there is no one Alucard will not double cross, sometimes he does it just for fun.

2) Yeah, I know, but unless Giovanni was not EVER the leader in this universe the story is alucard has been working since BEFORE the new leader took over, and now he works for the current leader under the same agreement Giovanni held him to.

I just read up on the blood tablets (not used to your link color yet XD) and I'm cool with that, Alucard could be ordered by the leader of team rocket (John) to take them instead of feeding, he just wont be happy about it and will try to break the rule when able.

And I just read Johns profile, assuming Giovanni was not his father, I can edit that allucard went "traveling" during the section of time Team Rocket was in shambles (as there was no one he owed a blood oath too at the time) and Johns Father brought him back.

John isn't an npc though.
He's away currently for what ever reason .
And I'm Second in command if you ever need me but I keep my identity in Rocket secret though.

Yup, I know he's not an NPC, just planning the history. I take it you're ok with that? Does that mean I'm approved? Also is Alucard on the blood tablets or is he allowed to drink real blood?
