Route Twenty-Nine (29)

*Satoshi was unconscious for a few hours but around 5pm he woke up rubbing his head and feeling his leg. As soon as we regained consciousness he screamed out loudly in immense pain. He looked at his legs and saw that there were not bleeding badly and they were in a different, straighter position than before he fainted. He looked up at the man with the salamence and was completely shocked. Who was he and why did he save me?* Urm. Thanks for helping me. It means a lot but may i ask who you are and why you helped me? *He saw the crutches and used them to get up. He was using them for support so he could move around a bit easier. He smiled to the stranger and then he picked up Pidgey's pokeball.* Thanks a lot pidgey. Because of you i am safe. You will be rewarded as soon as i can give you one. *He kissed the pokeball and chuckled lightly. He felt a bit dizzy but stood upright on the crutches*

Yarashi smiled, "Im the champion, Yarashi, and altho it is week, your care for Pidgey and your trust in it is reason enoph for me to save you", he explained, giving a thumbs up.
Salamance brused its head agains Yarashi's hair, and Yarashi looked up at it, "call me crazy, but it reminds me of when I cared for Salamance when it was a little Bagon".
Yarashi glanced at the trainer, "Do you think you can make it to the clocest town on your own?"

*He sighed and then coughed* I.....i don't think so. Its a feat that im awake let alone barely moving. Urm Yarashi c...could you help me there. I...i doubt i can move there with my injuries.........*He saw that his legs were slightly green.* D....damn it. Gangrene. Looks like i will need to have an amputation......Yarashi. I would be very appreciative if you take me to cherrygrove city.

Yarashi noded and helped the trainer onto Salamance's back, then got on Salamance himself, " Salamance, lets head off to cherrygrove city!".
He looked over at the trainer, "use your arms, hold on to me and you should be ok during the ride", he explained.
Salamance flew up into the sky and took off to cherrygrove city.

*he clung onto Yarashi and was scared as he never flew on a pokemon before. He looked down and he saw cherrygrove city. He was eager to get rid of the gangrene*

"Ah, the sun feels so nice out here." I looked up at the sky and saw a large winged pokemon. I immediately recognized what pokemon it was b4 it flew on to New Bark Town.

I looked at Nova. "Someday, buddy, that will be you. I'm gonna help u evolve into a great Charizard. Anyways, let's go get some training done. Actually, we should go to Cherrygrove and get some supplies first." Nova and I headed toward Cherrygrove City.

The two of us ran to the open meadows of Route 29 and gazed upon the landscape. The bright sky shining upon the land with the gentle breeze blowing by marked the perfect start of our adventure in Johto. The two of us turned to our Pokemon, who were equally excited. I turned back to the grass and started running.

"Let's go, Mikona!"

And the two of us started off into the grassy lands before us.

Squad Leader: "Alright since everyone's Changed Lets Head out!"

all: "Yeah!"

SL: Lets Stay Close. Remember there's strength in numbers So if we stick together the Six of us Should Survive just fine.
"We'll Survey the northern half first because it has an entrance from Route Forty-Six Then If it's not there we'll go and Check the Southern end. Lets Move!"

Mikona and I stopped to see the men dressed in black scatter across the fields like crows darkening the sky. I pulled Mikona by his hand and the two of us hid behind a tree as Team Rocket rushed in their search. What in the world were they searching for?

"Hurry! Don't let it get away!" I heard as I ran across the grasslands. I leapt over the hills, not normally reached by any humans. But then again, I wasn't a normal human anymore.

"Lets Move!" the shouts began again. I ran further and further into the rocky path up north. At the corner of my eye two individuals, a boy with snow-white hair and a girl with silky blond hair hiding behind a tree, stared at me with utter disbelief. The shock and horror in their eyes confirmed that I was lab experiment gone wrong. I was an abomination. That's all I measured up to be.

I continued on the path and leapt across the cliffs and hills ahead. I paused and stared into a pool of water along the path. I saw the brown stripes across my body and the whiskers on my face. The long pointed ears protruding from my head, all of it burned from the memory of a poor Linoone in the cage next to me as they started up the dastardly machine. When I awoke, I saw my hands and body mutated and the Linoone gone. I was the monster that become from a Pokemon and human.

The shouts grew again and I leapt on all fours to escape again.

"Grr I don't see anything."
The lead Rocket reached for his belt and threw a pokeball.
"Go Growlithe Sniff out the target!"
With the search continuing the growlithe stopped a a bush and starting growling and barking.
"Growlithe did you find it?"
The lead agent looked in to the bushes and saw something but couldn't make out what it was.
"You there Come out!"

My heart stopped as I saw the Growlithe angrily growl at the two of us. We were definitely spotted. I turned to Mikona and motioned for him to go ahead of me.

"Go on, Mikona," I whispered to him. "Make sure that boy's okay. He looked like he was in trouble."

I turned back and stood up to face the Team Rocket operative. I sent out my own Growlithe and the two of us leapt out of the bush and ran in the opposite direction of the lab experiment, hoping to give Mikona the chance to flee without detection.

"Hey! Over here, you big bully!" I shouted back as I stuck out my tongue.

The Lead agent had walked back to the location when he heard he'd been called out, and he saw the Lass step out.
"Woah Kid you Don't wanna mess with us I'm Just Searching for something, So If you Can Kindly move out of the way then You Can be a good little Girl, Okay?"
He then turned back to his Squad.
"Team We are Oscar Mike!"
His two team mates quickly gathered behind him and Looked up at route 46.
"C'mon I think it climbed the ledges into route 46, Lets go."

Irked that I was talked down to like that, I sent out my Clefairy. As two more Team Rocket members gathered, I shouted.

"Clefairy, use Sing!" and a soothing song resonated throughout the small wood. I needed to something; anything to stop them from finding Mikona. When I turned back to the bush, I didn't see him anymore. Did he escape? Was he after the boy like I told him to?

I looked back at the Grunts to see if they succumbed to the attack yet.

"Wow This Kid has some rare pokemon. Believe me kid we'd love to stay but we have---"
A soft singing voice filled the air before he could finish his sentence.
"Quick Do----ZZZzzzz" the one on the left tried to tell the others but didn't escape in time
"Woah that was close but it got one of our people."
The leader looked to his team mate that was still up.
"alright new plans I'll go after the project while you stay here and fight."
The rocket nodded while the leader headed for route 46.

"Alright just me and you kid. We were told not to fight unless we ran into trouble. I think this qualifies."
He reached for his belt and pulled out a pokeball, pressed the button in the center and threw it to open it.
"Go Houndour!"
Then he turned to look at the little girl
"Alright lets battle kid."

Satoko: I almost forgot about Mikona!

Satoko: *Runs off towards Route 46 to find her friend*
Team rocket squad agent: *runs off to rendezvous with our leader*

...Eh? That was a bit of a flash. All he remembered was going onto Route 29, following Satoko's lead, and beating a Rocket grunt on the way. It was all a rush, really. "Erm... Satoko? I kinda blacked out there, but... yay?"

Meanwhile, a helicopter labeled 'Silph-Saffron Joint Ops.' flew in the air...

...And the fury of an Adaptability-powered Hyper Beam scorched the ground in front of the retreating Rocket. Out of the helicopter flew a rope, a woman with a Porygon-Z sliding down it. She had lavender hair and burning violet eyes, the violet one would see when they held their breath for too long. She, strangely, wore a schoolgirls uniform with a business coat over it, and she held the Rocket in place with her Porygon-Z's Psychic as well as her own.

"Keep an eye on the Rocket at the boy's feet, will you?" She said dominantly and powerfully, the Porygon-Z nodding systematically and moving to the unconscious Rocket. She herself rushed to the Psychic-ed grunt, cuffed him, and brought him quickly to the Joint Op helicopter, where three officers were with their own Pokemon, which consisted of Arcanines and Pidgeots. It was hard to tell which was more dangerous; the police or the Porygon-Z. "You have the right to remain silent, the right to plead innocent, the right to court, the right to be interrogated, and the right to give us all your information before we break you." She snarled with a hateful whisper at him, then turned with a look of calm yet serious demeanor to the two novice trainers.

"So, Rockets. Sorry you had to see that, kids. ...Aren't you Mariel's?" She spoke the the two somewhat casually, well, as casual as a CEO could sound in a workplace. One might of thought she had a coffee in her right hand by the manner she was speaking.

Satoshi walked down from the gate smiling as he was wearing the traditional Rocket uniform. He stopped and located his bag so we went over and picked it up "Awesome. My stuff......." He places the egg in the bag after wrapping it up in a blanket. "Right. First i need to go to a pokemon center to get an egg jar for it....Then i will challenge the Gyms!" He smiled and kept walking and bumped into a woman. He fell onto the floor and looked up. He saw the grunts around him passed out. "O...Oh damn it.....Just when i thought i could escape....." He started to back away knowing he was in huge trouble. (I Bumped into Miyuki btw)

I gaped at the sight of her. I only just caught up with Mikona when from out of the sky a woman jumped into the situation and apprehended already two Team Rocket operatives and called force a swarm of powerful Pokemon. On top of that, the resemblance between her and Mikona and his mother were almost uncanny. Were all of the women in Mikona's family like this?

"A-aha, it's nothing! We're just glad to know we're not alone in this." I spoke almost relieved. It was at that moment I realized that there was someone else who really was alone. The loneliness in that boy's eyes from before pierced my heart. Was he alright?

Upon my realization, I darted off towards Route 46 once more. "I'll go on ahead, you two!"

[Satoshi, if you want that battle, we'll battle there. But keep in mind that my levels are quite low.]

Yarashi was flying around rout 29 on his Zapdos, when he noticed a girl with a Porygon Z attacking Team Rocket members. His instinct told him to help the girl, till he noticed that one of the Rockets seemed familiar. "Satoshi..."

Yarashhi had Zapdos swoop down and grab Satoshi in its talons. "This one's mine!", he said as he came into view just befor Zapdos had grabbed Satoshi and flew off somewhere else in the rout.

Satoshi felt something grab him and then looked up. He saw the yellow wings of the lightning bird pokemon and just looking at the feathers was electrifying. He knew instantly who it was on the bird pokemon and whimpered slightly since he knew the person hates Rocket members.. "H.....Hey Yarashi......L...Long time no see huh?" He was clearly nervous and had every right to be as he had heard rumors of Yarashi when he wasn't merciful.

Yarashi's voice had a kind of rage mixed in with it's usual strict tone. "Listen good Satoshi, you tell me what I want to know, Then I tell my friend to put you down, got it? First, have you been a Rocket all this time?" Even his voice was intimidating, one might not have remembered that they where a few yards in the air.

He heard in Yarashi's voice he was serious, Strict and very angry. He didnt want to make him more angry so he was willing in answering the questions.
"I have been a Rocket member for quite a while yes......Actually when we first met i was shot by an upperclassman from the Rocket ranks. I tried escaping him and he shot me...."
He wasnt hesistant in answering the questions at all.

Yarashi clenched his hands into tight fists. He felt as if he wanted to kill Satoshi, then himself for a moment. "You and Silver seem suspiciously close as well", he continued with a frustraited, and even sad voice, "is he one of them too?" Yarashi regretted asking.

He hesitated before answering as he didn't want Silver to get involved. He knew what lying might do but he always thought and dont what was best for the people close for him.
"No, Silver-san is not a member of Team Rocket. He doesn't even know that i am am member either...."
He felt the bird Pokemon's talons grow tighter on his shoulders.
