geting XP and leveling up

leveling up your pokemon, and gaining XP will work like this:

chain of 3 pokemon:

Example 1: Gastly

Gastly (basic pokemon) = 24 points to level up,.

Gastly wins a battle against a Machop, giving Gastly an XP roll with 3 6 sided die

you rolled a 4, 6, and 2

Gastly now needs 12 XP to lvl up

Example 2: Haunter:

your Gastly reached its evolution level and you let it evolve into a Haunter! Haunter gets no XP left over from Gastly and starts at 0, you also now need 32 XP to level up Haunter, as it is the mid stage of the Gastly chain. You can now only use 2 six sided die.


Example 3: Gengar:

Haunter Evolved into Gengar! it now needs 40 XP to lvl up, and it starts with 0, you can use 2 8 sided die


2 chain pokemon:

Example: Growlithe:

pokemon that evolve once are a bit difrent, this kind of pokemon will need 28 XP to level up, and its Evolved form, will need 40, its harder to train thease pokemon, but often times allot better.


Pokemon that will not evolve:

Example: farfetch'd:

the more you train thease, over time you will see they are faster to train. Pokemon that do not evolve need 30 XP to lvl up each time, other than that, the rules are the same.

Alright, here's the new thing.

Instead of just that, it's going to change for every level sequence.

My idea;

1-10 = One 30 sided
11-20 = Two 10 sided
21-30 = Two 8 Sided
31-40 = Three 5 Sided
41-50 =Two 6 Sided
51-60 =Two 5 Sided
61-70= Three 3 Sided
71-80 = Two 4 Sided
81-90 = Two 3 Sided
91-99 = One 4 Sided

100 = No Dice Roll...just to be explicit.

But yes, to restate Yarashi's system before

	Chain 2	Chain 3	Does not evolve	Legendary
Stage 1	/28	/24	/30	/50
Stage 2	/40	/32	__	__
Stage 3	__	/40	__	__

If this makes it clear. I added Legendaries...but I expect no legendaries in a team, because that's crazy talk.

uhh what about eevee can we just evole it at whatever level we want since it uses a stone to evolve just like from the games or are you going to make it to where eevee evolves at a certain level

no, you just have to have the stone. NEW changes. Umbreon will be the moon stone, and Espeon will be the sun stone

And what about glaceon and leafeon hmm? they need to level up in certain area.

I guess Leaf Stone and.... Nah, that won't work. Level up holding Miracle Seed/NeverMeltIce? Or we could use a Dawn Stone for Glaceon.

I like the leaf stone for leafeon. but idk about glaceion though.
