Hey Silver, is it okay if I get a Drillbur or something from an NPC? Wait, does it have to be an NPC?I know we talked about migration, but I'm not entirely sure about the rules...

I believe it's that Pokemon can migrate from region to region, where Trainers own the Pokemon own the Pokemon out of region. So, I think it's okay for you to receive a Drilbur from an NPC or another trainer. Maybe even as a gift. However, it will obey the same rules based on badges. It will sometimes not obey you if you don't have the appropriate badge.

For example, if it's level 21 or higher and you don't have a badge then you'll roll a die on its obedience. (Sorry we have to use the die system but it's our best way to calculate chance.) So, if it's out of the level range, then follow the system below:

-Roll a 4-sided die once. Depending on the result, do the corresponding attack:
[ 1 ] [ 2 ]
[ 3 ] [ 4 ]
If there is no attack in that slot, then roll again.

Also, the badge system is shown below
1 Badge- level 20 or higher
2 Badges- level 30 or higher
3 Badges- Level 40 or higher
4 Badges- level 50 or higher
5 Badges- level 60 or higher
6 Badges- level 70 or higher
7 Badges- level 80 or higher
8 Badges- level 100 or higher

These are taken from the Black and White system, because we can't do a stat increase like the other games entailed.

Alright, that sounds good. Due to the fact that once you get to one badge, the other comes fast in the game (At least, for me), I guess I can agree on that.

...I still want a legit reason for the announcer to yell "Earthquake TEARS open the ground!"....

Alright, may I have permission to get my Shellos in Pewter? It'll be a bit like the Magikarp guy, so as to keep a Trainer ID on Shellos. I'll pay money, also like the Magikarp dealer, but you can say how much I give.

Why don't you want a magikarp you'll have an uber powerfull garados. when it evolves.

Hm, maybe because Mikona wants a Surfer and Gyarados isn't that helpful as a Surfer. In addition to that, having a Shellos sounds like a good idea as he'll need it for type-advantage.

So, I'll propose having a Shellos salesman in Pewter City with the following characteristics below:

Shellos Lv10
-Mud-Slap
-Mud Sport
-Harden
-Water Pulse

costing 500 pokedollars.

However, 500 Pokedollars is the price of Magikarp in Black & White. Magikarp, may it be known, is extremely rare in the Unova Region as it cannot be obtained except by this man. I'm basing this off of the game, not whim.

Nope, Dig. We've agreed that the TMs are Gen V standard, so they don't destroy when used. Besides, Eevee can't learn Cut... I think.
