Olivine City

Olivine City


Olivine City is located on the Johto coast, near Ecruteak City and Cianwood City. Olivine is a major port city and is the home of the Glitter Lighthouse. The Glitter Lighthouse guide ships to the harbor as well as the S.S. Aqua connecting it to the port city in its sister region, Vermilion City in Kanto.
Pokémon Trainers often come to Olivine City in order to win the Voltic Badge from Jack, the Olivine Gym Leader who specializes in Electric-type Pokémon.

Olivine Café
Olivine Café is a restaurant west of the Pokémon Center. It is known to be a place for Sailors to stop after a long trip on the sea to rest and eat. Olivine Café prides itself on its generous-sized menu that is "chock-full of hearty fare for beefy Sailors". The Café consists of a bar with many stools around it and a circular table surrounded by seats. Many people there are happily eating their food; one nearly chokes because he hadn't chewed before he swallowed.

Jack walked out iof the Gym and imbraced the nice, warm weather, "This is one great Day." He Thought to himself as he walked over to the cafe and asked the waiter for a "Iced Late."

The waiter at the Counter smiled when He saw Jack sitting at the table then He walked over.
"Welcome to the Cafe, Jack-san." He smiled warmly as He got his Writing Pad out and his pen ready.
"What Can I get for you today?" He looked at him.

"The other waiter alredy got my order, but maybe you can help me with something else."

The waiter Put his pen and pad away.
"Oh? What Can I help You with?" He asked

"Since i didn't have any good battles lately, i'm planning on taking a vacation to Kanto, but incase anyone shows up, i need a placeholder."

"Oh Well I can't help you with the place holder, But I can tell you that The S.S. Aqua can be sails from Kanto to Johto every Sunday and Wednesday and from Johto to Kanto each Monday and Friday.

"I forgot ther times actually, so thanks, but do you know anyone?"

He Looked at Him.
"No I'm sorry. You could always ask the trainers in Your Gym." He said with a smile.

As salamance begins to land Link braces himself, they land with a soft thud. man its nice to be back in olivine again, its a good place to stop by before i head out on my little trip. I guess i should head to the cafe before i go looking for a ship to take me to kanto for a while. As he enters the cafe Link spots some familiar faces.

Wow, imagine meeting you here, as link walks up to the table was Jack sitting, so whats the occasion, Jack? Link turns around and asks the waiter for some milk.

Jack was surprised by the familliar voice he heard, and turned around smiling a he saw the person infront of him, "Oh, Look who's here! Ahhi'm just drinking my morning coffee and looking for a placeholder so i can head to a vacation in Kanto."

Link snikerd at Jacks remark, "A place holder, I just put a sign on the door leting people know i was going to be away for a while, I'm on my way to Kanto as well, exept im heading their on buisness." The waiter returned with the glass of milk.
"Yep, Proffeser Oak barrowed some of my Pokemon from the Unova and Hoenn reagions, so im going to go pick them up. i should probably leave soon, especial if im going to catch the ship, I can't stand taking the train" Link took a drink of his milk. "good stuff.

"Well I can't stand letting people wait unless I must..."

After returning to olivine with his newly returned pokemon, link received a phone call from evens,

Link: whats up silver?
silver: well, this is embarrassing, but i need some help
Link, what happened?
silver: well im at the burned down tower, and suddenly, soul turned me into a phantom form, now i cant touch anything, could you come help me?
Link: sure ill be their as soon as i can.


Link leaves the dock, and heads into the center of town, go salamance, lets head to Ecruteak, link's salamance emerged from the ball, and they took off.
